"Hotel excelente em Puerto NATALES, escolha sem dúvidas!"

A recepção, quando vc chega cansada de viagem, diz tudo do hotel. Excepcionalmente acolhedora(principalmente a funcionária EVELINE) que além de simpática foi muito competente e nos recebeu muito bem! Na recepção tem água à disposição e frutas, café expresso mediante pagamento. O hotel tem instalações sóbrias mas muito boas e limpas. Estacionamento em frente. Não hesite em escolhê-lo. Não tem más surpresas.

Café da manhã muito simples, não condiz com o hotel que é muito bom.

"Good enough for a quick stop in puerto natales"

Staff super nice and location was great.

Rooms were a little small and breakfast very basic (but it’s like that everywhere!). Make sure to ask the staff how to turn off the heater before going to sleep because we woke up in sweat.
