Me alojé en el Hotel Martín Gusinde en Puerto Natales y fue una experiencia excelente. Es un hotel sencillo, pero muy limpio. Las camas son muy cómodas, con sábanas blancas impecables, y el baño está remodelado, moderno, con una ducha fantástica. La calefacción es realmente buena, algo muy importante en esta zona. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Natales, lo que facilita mucho moverse a pie por la ciudad. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico, ideal para comenzar el día. La relación precio–calidad me pareció excelente, pero lo que más destaco es la atención: un 10. El personal es extremadamente amable y atento, lo que hace que uno se sienta muy bienvenido. Sin duda, lo recomiendo 100%.

La ubicación, el desayuno y el trato de las trabajadoras. Había algún día que nuestra excursión salía muy pronto y no daba tiempo al servicio de desayuno y el hotel nos preparaba una bolsa con desayuno para poder empezar mejor el día.

Thanks to Puerto Natales's grid layout, this hotel is easily accessible on foot from the Rodoviario bus terminal (20 minutes). The airy, modern hotel is located near the main street, lined with restaurants, shops, and tour companies offering excursions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering comfort. Throughout our entire trip through Patagonia, all the way to Ushuaia (in both Chile and Argentina), we here enjoyed the best and most extensive breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to pay electronically with a credit card, and we incurred additional charges for paying cash.

This was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
