Tradewinds Apartment Hotel

This was the third time I have stayed with Tradewinds Apartment & Hotel | South Beach. Every stay at your establishment was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff, in particular Seila, on every occasion, have always been incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely courtyard. The amenities are always outstanding. I have and will continue to recommend very highly to anyone your hotel. Perfect well maintained

I was given the wrong room and there was no effort to fix this error the area is nice but the customer service is extremely poor

It's a peaceful environment the room is exactly how it looks is very comfortable and they have the most nicest customer service

I didn't like that u was not able to park on resident ..hard to find free parking ..and my rental got towed from the property

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was told that there were no rooms with 2 queen beds. The ac was not working in the bedroom. To top this off, there was construction in the room next to us that started at 8am Sunday morning. Tried to speak to a manager and was told there were none on staff. Save your money and aggravation!

Nuestra estadia estuvo muy bien. El hotel limpio, la piscina limpia y comoda. La cama estuvo comoda y el area del hotel esta cerca de la collins ave y la playa que se puede ir caminando. Lo unico en lo que deberian mejorar es que aveces las de limpiezas me recojian las toallas sucias y no ponian limpias, tenia que decirle que dejaran. Otra cosas es que en el apartamento había algunas cucarachas y el parque es un problema . Para no pagar tanto en el día nos parqueábamos en el área de residentes pero en la noche teníamos que parquearnos en otro lugar pagando y si teníamos suerte en frente del hotel gratis pero temprano en la mañana había que mover el carro. Me gusto y me volvería quedar porque esta serca de todo y nos sentimos seguros.

I enjoyed my stay and the property was nice and clean. The pool was a vibe. The apartment feels like a home away from home the property has a chic atmosphere, I felt comfortable and safe. Check in was easy.
