My opinion is that the complex overall is very nice, the apartments very comfortable, but they should modernize the air conditioners. One was just a fan, and the other was incredibly noisy; they're very old. The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

Everything was wonderful! The kitchen was a great touch and made things easier but they had little to no appliances which made things hard. I would recommend the hotel providing dish soap, dish scrub, paper towels and disinfectant sprays. These additions would allow those who stay keep the area clean. The area around the hotel is beautiful, the patio is great and you often see the workers watering the plants and taking care of the outdoor area! The outside area is a wonderful place to have a meal and enjoy the weather!

Seila, at the front desk, was amazing. She was extremely helpful and always smiley. The hotel held Amazon packages for me. The location is great, really close to Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Washinton Avenue, Espanola Way, the beach. I’m definitely coming back.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. The front desk staff and housekeeping are amazing! The location and property are perfect! This will always be my first choice when visiting Miami!
