Location was close to my son’s home

The dirty rooms, broken chairs& ceiling fans & phones. Curtains broken Terrible breakfast !!’ Children running throughout the hallway !!!! Children playing in the coffee area all times of the night unsupervised Dirty diapers left in trash under our kitchen sink!!! No luggage carts available to transport luggage down long winding hallways!!

Tall ceilings. Clean.

Front desk host service was poor. She never explained to me about how to reach my room, didn't asked me about my Vehicle information (to avoid being towed, as the signs all over the parking lot warned), let alone hours of breakfast, nothing. It just asked me to swipe the Credit Card, and that's it. She gave me the keys and nothing else said. Seems like my arrival interrupted her whatever she was doing on her phone. Other than that, staying on this hotel was acceptable. Breakfast so-so.

It was a nice hotel and room. Had a whole kitchen and things to use to make food if you brought or bought food. The couch bed did not have sheets blankets or pillows. They brought. Close to down town. The people above us were loud as hell all night long.

Dirty sheets. Dirty blankets. Dirty dishes. Broken shower door. Dirty chairs. Dirty couch. A/C was on its last leg. Floor/ceiling were paper thin. Heard every step, jump, bump, shuffle and yell from above us. Trash all over perimeter.

Had given my reservation to someone else because names sounded similar. Then provided room key and someone was already in room. Happened to another family too. no hand soap in room.

The staff were very friendly and inviting.

Everything this hotel was very nasty and very noisy.

The hotel was nice. The only issue we had was that the door in one of the bedrooms did not lock. The handle was broken. There was also hair in the bathroom, deodorant on the floor in the room, and a cup left in the fridge. It appeared that the last person to clean or suite did not do such a great job. Aside from that, the staff was amazing, check in and check out was easy.
