The receptionist there is amazing and the location is perfect right next to beach and many shops and restaurants

They took away the free breakfast they had last year

I stayed on the third floor, only issue there was no hot water in the bathroom.

The location and the front desk person was so nice

We never had a working tv the entire time we were there. Needed a new Ethernet cord that was never replaced. Would not really have been a big deal since we spent most of our time outside but one day it rained the entire day. The shower was dingy and the handle was loose so barely able to adjust water temp. Someone did come to look at it and screwed it into the wall further.

The location is right in the center of Grace Bay. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. You can’t see the beach from any direction. This is an economy hotel located behind a restaurant. They have an access to the beach which is 2 min walk. Beach is amazing. Beds are comfortable. We had microwave in our unit. Bathroom very outdated.

AC is loud. Bathroom very outdated. No bicycles to borrow as promised! No breakfast vouchers anymore. Cleaning lady didn’t come the first 4 days. Had to go and ask what is happening. They said they had us under different room! One day a maintenance guy walked straight into our room! Ma’am I need to check the bathroom- he said. We were in the bed relaxing. He did knock, but opened the door himself and walked right in!!!!! Very disrespectful.

Location

The listing is misleading if not false advertising. The listing showed breakfast & restaurant on the facility. See pics. There was no restaurant on facility but was told I could get breakfast at a restaurant that was not part of the hotel. Also, I was told they had bicycles. When I asked for one, I was told bicycles were being repaired. I finally got one on my last day. The hotel was okay for the value but too much dishonesty.
