We built 13 new rooms in 2021, we now have a "Villa" building with a new range of Deluxe rooms.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Pour une nuit mon séjour s'est bien passé mais je déconseille pour un séjour plus long"

L’hôtel est bien situé très proche du centre de Nice.

Douche minuscule, sans porte savon et avec un rideau plastique qui ne peut pas empêcher l'eau d'inonder la salle de bain... Pas de plan de travail, juste une tablette très étroite sous la fenêtre sur laquelle il est difficile de travailler

It is in the perfect location as it is easy to walk to the beach and the train station, while situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I got upgraded to the Deluxe double room and I loved it. Everything was perfect, including the comfortable bathroom.

Das extrem abgewohnten Zimmer, kein WLAN , nicht gerade freundliche Person am Checkin,Aufzug defekt,renovierungsbedürftiges Badezimmer .
