We built 13 new rooms in 2021, we now have a "Villa" building with a new range of Deluxe rooms.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Utile pour une nuit à proximité de la gare"

La proximité immédiate de la gare de Nice-Ville et l’emplacement du petit dej, en terrasse, situé dans un véritable oasis de verdure.

La chambre est minuscule. Ça peut aller pour une personne et pour une nuit mais pas plus. La SDB est elle aussi réduite à son minimum, et il est difficile de se doucher sans être collé au rideau ! Il semblerait que l’hôtel soit en rénovation, mais je doute qu’ils agrandissent les chambres !

La posizione vicina alla stazione e la gentilezza della reception.

Il segnale del Wi-Fi non arrivava in camera al primo piano, il parcheggio è a pagamento e non incluso nel prezzo, la struttura è abbastanza datata ma pulita.

Hotel davvero magnifico. Posizionato benissimo e con personale accogliente e professionale. Stanno ristrutturando alcune parti, ma con nessun disagio per gli ospiti. Super raccomandato.
