Hotel Sacristía de Santa Ana

This property is privately owned so it felt like staying at someone's house. Its NOT a corporate named hotel so its very quaint and charming. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating and the cafeteria within the hotel has impeccable service. There is a young waitress who called on me and was extremely patient in translating the menu.

Wow. What a fantastic, well priced hotel. We originally booked a room for 2 travellers, but after contacting our hotel to request seperate beds, they kindly upgraded us to a full apartment, with a great roof terrace. Centrally located, easy walking distace to attractions and surrounded by some excellent tapas, bars and a supermarket, this hotel had everything we could have asked for.

Hotel de fácil acesso à pé para alguns pontos turísticos. Mas tinha muitos mosquitos no quarto. Acordávamos com os mosquitos voando no nosso ouvido. O café era servido numa espécie de café ao lado e a gente tinha que olhar o cardápio e pedir o que queria. Não tinha a opção de buffet. Tamanho do quarto bom.

Nossa experiência foi ótima, café da manhã ótimo, os atendentes excelentes. Vale a pena ficar neste hotel. Nós indicamos.

Attractive building, clean and tidy rooms, nice atmosphere. Noisy at night if you have an exterior window.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes e num raio de 1,5km é possível encontrar diversas atrações. Vale muito a pena escolher a tarifa com café da manhã, que é servido no restaurante da entrada, à la carte, mas com muitas opções à disposição. As toalhas eram de ótima qualidade e grandes. Cama macia e a roupa de cama muito gostosa. Alguns gestos também são de se apreciar, pois feitos espontaneamente: na chegada deixamos as malas no hotel e quando retornamos elas já estavam no quarto para nós, depois precisei imprimir um ingresso e a Ana da recepção foi muito gentil em ajudar. Recomendo e voltaria facilmente a ficar no Sacristia de Santa Ana.

Hotel on a corner of a busy plaza so a little noisy. Our room in the ground floor could hear the phone ringing in reception and all the flings in in reception. The building is very pretty but the rooms a little tired.

It’s central location for tapas restaurants etc, was excellent.

This is a lovely little hotel. The staff are helpful; the rooms and hotel are clean; and the breakfast bar has hot food, cereals and pastries! The beds were lovely and comfortable and we slept well. I used the ironing service which was meant to be a 25 hour turn around and had it back the same day. Would happily stay there again.
