la limpieza y comodidad de la cama bien, pero al ducharte se inunda el baño, por lo q es bastante incómodo.. los productos de aseo del baño, mal para lo q hay hoy en día.. el desayuno normal

We liked that this is a 'traditional' property and the location was very good. Although it is in the northern part of the old town, it was a reasonable walk to the river, cathedral and palace, while giving us the opportunity to see the Macarena district. There were a good variety of restaurants on the doorstep. We were disappointed that we did not have an external window/view in our room which was not indicated at the time of booking. Otherwise the room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

This was actually not part of the hotel but right next to the hotel they had an apartment which was given to us it can easily fit more than 6 to 8 people we were a family of four this was a four level apartment building the only problem is all the bedrooms are on the second and the third level and is very hard to take the suitcases up to those levels there is no elevator in the apartment itself. Again if you are driving and I have a car Parking is going to be a huge problem for this specific or two properties so we would suggest not to bring the car with you and the staff was very friendly and helped us along the way put our luggage in the safety area in a locked environment for several hours while we were checked out and exploring the city location is really nice all the restaurants and all dad started going places are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance overall a wonderful stay

We had an internal room which was quiet but very hot. It was only on the last night that the hotel said that the air con could be set in our room only. But even then we couldn’t operate it, and so the room then ended up being quite chilly.

Perfect location in a beautiful building for 2 days in sunny Seville. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral area with plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. We did have the unpleasant surprise of a few cockroaches in our room on the first day. We did let reception know but the hotel was full so we couldn't be moved. The room was very clean so I don't think it was a cleanliness problem, more just the fact that it was an old building on a street with lots of bars/restaurants putting out their rubbish at night. Rooms were comfy and spacious and breakfast had something for everyone.

This is a lovely hotel. Small but individual, ideally located. Rooms are excellent and all the facilities are great, forget large chain hotels - this is a much better alt and native. Can’t recommend it high enough

This location was farther away from the main part of town then we were expecting. Parking car was cumbersome. The plaza that the hotel looks has lots of restaurants, but is not very pretty.

We booked a budget double and were delighted with the style & comfort of the room. It was located in the interior of the hotel & therefore didn’t have any natural light but we were aware of this when we booked. Bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Lovely attention to detail in both the room & bathroom. Great location for us & we will definitely stay again on our next visit to Seville.

For us, a hotel is not the main attraction for a visit, if we can get a good nights sleep and be sent on our way with a reasonable breakfast thier job is done. Sacristia Santa Ana more than exceeded our hopes in all areas. The room could be considered on the small side, but plenty big enough for us and the bed was probably one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was varied and good quality and did set us up for a touring and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Some may suggest that the location is not ideal, but we are happy walking and exploring so we were very happy with its location and there are some good restaurants nearby. If we were to go back to Seville I would look to book the Sacristia Santa Ana again just because I know the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good.
