De tuin, zwembad en ruime kamer

Niet 5-sterwaardig: geen mes bij bestek, ontbijtbuffet te verspreid, oude versleten handdoeken, geen hangers in de kast. Kamers niet genoeg gerenoveerd.

"5-star stay at Surabaya"

Spacious room and comfortable bed. My room even had a bath tub! Staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel facilities give a local / Balinese vibe, which puts you in a holiday mood.

Decent hotel breakfast with mainly local cuisine but wished there was a bit more variety on Western dishes.

The staff were awsome and very hospitable.

the hotel could use new carpets throughout. Stains everywhere. The room was not cleaned once during our week long stay. The bed was stained, linen was dingy and smelled of pee.
