Qualité des équipements , jardins avec très belle piscine , mais surtout l’offre de repas . Magnifique buffet déjeuner et souper . Meilleur offre en Indonésie pour prix très abordable !

The only redeeming factor for the hotel was the front desk staff who was very helpful. The hotel lobby is nice but that's about it. The hotel is within walking distance from a central area but quite removed.

The rooms are old and dirty. Upon checking I was assigned a room where there were hairs from previous guests in the bathtub and clearly the room hadn't seen a vacuum in a while. I asked to change and was shown a second room where there was a lot of dust on the desk (which shouldn't happen if the room was cleaned the same day) and the bed sheets were dirty. The third room was cleaner so I accepted it, only to find a cockroach in the bathroom in the evening! There was also mold in the bathroom and the carpets are heavily stained throughout the hotel. this may have been a 5* hotel when it opened (I'm guessing a long time ago), but it barely meets a 3* hotel standard today. The walls and windows are thin so I barely slept because it was like the prayers in the middle of the night were in the room (which did not happen when I switched hotels so it has nothing to do with the area). I also had to leave a deposit for the room keycard upon check-in (I've never seen his happen in any hotel, let alone an alleged 5* one). I asked about tours to the surrounding area and when I looked up the company the hotel recommend (they don't organize the tours themselves), I saw the reviews were quite low. I stayed only one night despite a longer reservation and am glad I left!

Very nice hotel with amazing facilities! Comfortable beds, and very nice and clean toilet with a bathtub! Hotel breakfast was also amazing, multiple options and varieties with peaceful outdoor and indoor seating areas! Staff were very kind and helpful and welcoming as well. Tried the massage services that will be paid additionally, but they were efficient and very good! Nice stay! Location was also central, where it isn't too far from other malls when you take gojek, but it is closest to tunjungan plaza which I found a little bit boring!

The lighting in the room is a bit dark for my liking, and location of the plug sockets were oddly placed, beside a cabinet far from beds or under tables. I also found a tiny baby cockroach.. and one the plugs went dead after one night, but they weren't major problems for me then!

Friendly staff. Central location. Good well equipped gym for a good workout & pool. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Great breakfast spread. Showers were good and powerful.

The safe wasnt working. Few electrical power points & far away for short cord for the kettle. Had to boil water with kettle on the floor.

Het hotel verdient wat beter onderhoud, luxaflex stoffig en dus niet de beste keus voor een hotel. De meubels hier en daar een nieuw laklaagje of een beetje verf . En een valstroom toilet, die ' s nachts dus druppelt
