Location is great, but can be noisy after the new year stage was being taken down . You’re on a busy road so Seaview rooms will get the traffic as the window is single glazed. But what a view sea front and people watching the location is perfect for it . The shops and restaurants are in walking distance.

I was expecting noise but the stage abd clearing up after the concert went on for hours single glazed windows don’t stop a lot of noise.

Great location lots of space, nice bathroom, lovely and clean, quiet despite central location above Lone Star eatery.

Parking was extra and warden told us to move on when loading cases.
