The Class 300

Class 300 hotel is alway good. Front desk staff is always great & friendly.

We stayed here for one night. It is our group tour to korea and we find this hotel the nicest hotel that we have stayed with. The facilities are beautiful with bathtub and their breakfast is great. They have seven eleven very near the hotel. We will try Class 300 and if they have other hotels in other parts of korea again when and if we will come back to korea. Highly recommended.

So I've been to a range of hotels, ranging from 5 stars to 3 stars. The class 300 is possibly one of the worst hotels I've been to. From a cold check in to electrical sockets not powered. Our check in was very Frank and was told any extras are payable on check out. The warning of extra costs was written in Korean so we had no idea what was not complimentary and which items were complimentary. The rooms were dirty. The carpet was very dirty and the toilet was not flushing. The towel had long black hair on it and neither my partner or myself have long black hair. We didn't even bother complaining as we knew our complaints would not be heard and be considered superficial issues. I've never wanted to leave a hotel as much as I wanted to leave the class 300. More like the class 0.Very poor service and quality!

We checked into the hotel rather late at night, cold and tired, after arriving from Nami Island where we had spent the whole day. There was only 1 staff manning the reception, it was very quiet, very deserted. Our room was big and long, and also very cold! After a quick bath, the beds were truly welcoming, warm and cosy under the thick coverings... Breakfast was at the restaurant on one of the top floors, and it was almost "fine dining": with the floor layout, the table setting, the decor of the restaurant interior and we get to see the sun rise over the horizon as we looked out the window panes....what a view! We only stayed 1 night, though....

We stayed overnight and the room is big. No frills, simple, but clean. Breakfast was satisfying. The bathroom had a tub but the bidet wasn't working. My kids said the same with the bidet in their bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main thoroughfare of Sokcho so it's about 20 min taxi ride to the main attraction Seoraksan National Park! From the hotel, it's also a 15 min walk to nearby seafood market and Daepo harbor where you can find all kinds of seafood there! Hotel staffs were friendly and trying to be helpful but due to their limit on English proficiency, it's kind of a problem when we tried to communicate to them. Room was spacious and clean but basic. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement as basically was catered to Korean guest as there was not much choices especially continental breakfast or western cuisine!

Wonderful, but the front desk was not as friendly and we are use to.

The floor and mirrors were dirty. The lighting was poor and the lamp did not work. The cafe attached was not open both days. There is not much in the immediate area aside from mt seorak and the beach. The surrounding restaurants were closed. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. There was no microwave for the food i bought from the 7-11

Terrible location. May have been a good hotel once but now neglected and dirty with strains all over carpet. Staff unfriendly and do not speak English. Air conditioning did not work.
