"춘천 이미지 개선을 위해서는 이 호텔의 개선이 필요함"

리노베이션 하는 데 비용이 든다는 건 이해합니다. 그러나 욕실 객실 의자 침실 모두 오물의 흔적이 그대로 남아 있는 상태로 손님을 받는다는 건 이해할 수 없습니다. 보통의 모텔에서도 볼 수 없는 의자 천의자의 눈에 띄는 얼룩, 긴 머리카락, 침대시트 위에 빈대가 나오지 않을까 걱정하면서 잠들었고, 아침에 깨자 마자 얼른 체크아웃했습니다. 너무 부끄러워요.
