Le Triskell

Ligger uppe i bergen, och om man som vi inte hyrde bil så är det ett litet företag att ta sig nånstans, busshållplatsen ligger ca 15 min bort. Värdparet är mkt trevligt, gästhuset mysigt och middagarna hemlagade och goda! Lite väl basic frukost dock. Skulle rekommendera om man har bil, det är också en god bit till närmsta bra strand.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre (ménage quotidien) avec tout le confort nécessaire. Accès direct à la chambre par la terrasse. Au calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes des centres d'intérêts. Excellents et copieux repas créoles (demi-pension) préparés par la maîtresse de maison.

Interesting Guest House. Very friendly and clean. Perfect for both short and longer stays.

We had a great stay. The owners are very welcoming, have a good way of making you feel at home in their house, sharing dinner with them if you want and leave you your own space when you want too. We had a very good meal, one of the best we had in seychelles. The location is special. Very close to everything and in a patch of lush forest, which makes for a quiet night. All in all we highly recommend this place for people looking for a comfortable and less anonymous place!

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg und ist über eine steile, gewundene Straße zuerreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min beim Flughafen, der Bus ist nach ca 15 minuten steilen Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist also empfehlenswert. Es gibt nur ganz wenige, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer und von einigen aus ist das Meer zu sehen. Das Haus selbst ist wie ein Turm gebaut und man gelangt nur über Treppen hinein. Umgeben ist das ganze von einem tropischen Garten, der auch die Früchte für das Frühstück liefert. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Nachfrage gibt es gratis Wlan. Wer nicht nach den immer gleichen Resorts sucht, wird sich hier wohl fühlen.

Super souvenir et prise en charge excellente!

my husband and i stayed here for a total of 3 nights when we arrived and again when we departed the seychelles. the rooms are large (compared to the other guest houses we stayed in), super clean, and the couple that owns it are so sweet and friendly. breakfast was included (local fruits, toast, coffee/tea), and we often ate dinner there (which was delicious and incredibly reasonably priced) since we had spent the day out and about. each room has a private bath and outdoor seating area. meals are taken in a common outdoor seating area, with a beautiful view. it's about a 10-15 minute cab ride to the airport; a 10-15 minute walk to the main road where you can catch a bus to victoria or beau vallon or a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. others have commented that they had a hard time finding a taxi to take them -- this was not our experience. we were incredibly impressed with the service and helpfulness of the owners throughout our stay, and highly recommend le triskell.

The guest house is surrounded by jungle. We had difficulty finding a taxi that was willing to make the trip up the hill upon arrival but the view from the balcony is wonderful. We could walk the hill in about 20 minutes down to the main road. Dinner with the owners and other guests was fabulous.

Personligt litet guesthouse med ett fantastiskt trevligt värdpar. Fräscha rum med egen balkong. En rejäl backe att klättra uppför på vägen till och från stranden, men det är det värt. Värdparet pratar engelska och franska, och har mycket spännande att berätta.

Great service, atmosphere, food and location. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come back.
