Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. Condições do Hotel são antigas. Chalé Canário extremamente gelado. Comida nada saudável. Pelo porte e a tradição do Hotel, alguns conceitos poderiam ser revistos. Nada para oferecer e simplesmente cobrar depois. Tudo tem que pedir na recepcao. Pelo preço que paguei não ficaria de novo no hotel.

O Hotel tem tudo para ser um excelente resort, mas a sua idade está pesando. Necessita urgentemente de reforma nos seus aposentos. As dependências dos chalés, embora grandes, estão ultrapassados. Faltam manutenção nas áreas de lazer.

Foi muito bom! Elogios: Piscina, restaurante, atividades, conforto do quarto, atendimento dos funcionários. Críticas: mini golfe desativado, não tinha guarda chuva para os hóspedes circularem dentro do hotel, pois os chalés ficam longe do restaurante, da piscina e dos outros lugares do hotel. O trem que faz o city tour, só leva numa fábrica de chocolate e numa destilaria. Não passeia por dentro da avenida principal.

Excelente Hotel na parte de alimentacao , perfeito, Quartos bons falta ducha higiênica. Acesso ao Hotel precisade melhoria. Estrada de chao muito ruim. Se chover o bicho pega. Fica a uns tres km da cidade. Mas no mais o hotel é excelente, otimas instalacoes , muito aconchegante. Recomendo.

Eu e minha família tivemos uma agradável surpresa, pois superou nossas expectativas! Achei o preço muito justo por tudo que oferecem, pois estava incluso todas as refeições, e todas as atividades! O atendimento é realmente o diferencial de Monte Verde, não esperava outra coisa! A comida é boa, no fogão a lenha, acomodação limpa, água quente, achei tudo maravilhoso! O cuidado com as crianças tbm é ótimo! Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos!

"Rústico e aconchegante "

Fiquei hospedada no hotel por 4 dias, o hotel é excelente tem um estilo rústico é muito confortável, os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos, a comida é muito bem feita e farta, a limpeza é ótima. Gostamos muito desse hotel, com certeza voltaremos!
