Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. "Recomendo"

Excelente estrutura. Possui piscina aquecida, boliche, academia, pista de patinação, paintball, arvorismo... Funcionários atenciosos. Possui monitores e atividades para crianças e adultos. Alguns chalés possuem lareira e banheira com hidro. Acredito que a estrutura de chalés precisam ser melhorados. Mas, no geral, vale a pena.

"Bom hotel"

Depois de no início nos colocarem em um apartamento muito ruim, inclusive fora do hotel em uma ala em construção, reclamamos e nos mudaram para um chalé muito bom.

"Recomendo a hospedagem"

Hotel gigantesco para as padrões de Monte Verde e excepcional para quem quer realizar uma viagem com crianças. O café da manhã é bom e o hotel ainda oferece jantar, o que é uma facilidade pouco encontrada na região. Um único ponto negativo é o colchão: extremamente duro e desconfortável, mas ainda assim recomendo o hotel. Um ponto importantíssimo: ele fica em uma estrada de terra.
