직원분들이 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 아침, 저녁의 퀄리티가 굉장히 좋았고 맛있었어요. 온천, 대욕탕등이 너무너무 깔끔하고 좋았으며, 목욕이후 아이스크림,우유를 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 하루에만 온천을 4번이용할 정도로 너무 만족스러웠어요. 숙소에서 모든걸 할수있을 정도로 최고의 휴식을보냈습니다. 프라이빗 온천은 꼭 이용해보시길 바라며, 밤10시이후에 만들어 주시는 라멘도 너무 맛있었어요. 부모님을 모시고 간 첫 해외여행인데, 부모님이 너무 만족해서 기분이 좋습니다. 다음에도 꼭 방문할 예정입니다.

실내화가 조금 불편했던거 같아요.

The hotel is very beautiful and pleasant, and the onsens are wonderful. Dinner was very tasty.

Breakfast was not really good. The hotel only offers Japanese-style food, and at this point in the trip we had already had enough of it. There were no alternatives available for us. The price of the hotel is very high. I think a big part of the reason it is so expensive is its location. I’m not sure it offers the best value for money.

The open air bath and the private outdoor Onsen in the woods are really unique and very very special.

I didn't like the traditional room design. It just seems like they used old furniture and bedding. It doesn't only look traditional, it feels like a road side motel that hasn't fixed the wood on its furniture or has a sense of design, we stayed at other luxury rayukan and I believe this room was an abomination for the price. Especially considering how everything else was perfect.
