Odaların yenilenmesi lazım

Tesis çok merkezi bir konumda. Rahatlıkla heryere yürüyerek gidilebilir. Konum harika. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı başarılı.

The receptionist on arrival was really friendly and offered me water after a long walk from the akandia port. The room appeared fine on first inspection and was the perfect location for the bus to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choice and overall it was excellent value. But..

There were a few small black flies in the room and bathroom. On return later there were a few more. Not mosquitoes and they seemed harmless so I ignored them. In the morning there were lots more. They seemed to be coming from the bathroom. I mentioned it as feedback to the girl on reception and was told it's normal for Rhodes. I'd stayed 12 nights in total on Rhodes 4 of them in Rhodes old town without an issue. "This is a hot country you have to expect it. We disinfect every 3 months. You should have asked for another room." She was patronising, defensive and unable to accept valuable feedback. I emailed the hotel days ago to say I wanted to avoid giving a bad review and no one has responded. Shame as it's a good option if you want a short walk to the bus station or madraki or kolona harbour if they tackle he fly issue.

το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα καλό οικονομικό ξενοδοχείο, αλλά...

Άπειρα μερμήγκια στο δωμάτιο και στο μπάνιο. Τραγούδι μουσική στην διαπασών από το απέναντι μέγα καφέ εστιατόριο μέχρι τα μεσάνυχτα... Μετά εντάξει. Ούτε στο μπαλκόνι μπορείς να μείνεις πριν τα μεσάνυχτα. Κρίμα γιατί εμένα με βολεύει το ξενοδοχείο αλλά θα ξαναπάω καλοκαίρι; Το πρωινό μια χαρά...
