Azul Sirena

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Staff is not welcoming at all. Cleanliness was not great either ! There was so many live bugs and scorpions everywhere on beds restroom and everything. My husband made the hotel aware of this and they were careless so we just had to go. The same day we arrived we checked out. I can’t say one good thing about the hotel. The only thing that was nice is the area where it’s located because it’s in the center of a lot of good restaurants and many things to do. Also when we checked out hotel said they will refund and that was a lie because they didn’t want to make a refund. Overall I know scorpion bites aren’t deadly but it’s very unpleasant and I am pregnant and have two kids and I wasn’t going to put anyone in my family through that unpleasant experience. Beware !

Older hotel in need of upgrading. Noisy at night

where we stayed was not like the picture. It is on a very noisy street near the Zocalo I would only stay there agin if I could get a room near the back.

Barren room

Loved the location, right in the heart of La Crucecita, close to lots of great shops and restaurants!

El lugar es céntrico, a 5 minutos de la playa Chahué y Santa Cruz. El hotel está cerca de tiendas para ir de compras, no necesitas de un auto si te hospedas aquí. El lugar es muy limpio y precioso. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Me encanta su ubicación muy céntrica,el personal muy amable nos consintieron todo el tiempo ,horarios muy respetables ,muy bien la organización en la alberca para que no hubiera tanta gente .Ami en lo personal me encanta azul es la segunda vez que me hospedado ahí

El tamaño de la habitación es bueno pero ya la regadera está muy desgastada, en general es un buen lugar para dormir, peroooo justo enfrente hay un antro con música bastante fuerte hasta las 3am! Si te gusta bailar la ubicación te encantará, si no sufrirás un poco para dormír!

Llegamos y nos dijeron que no conocen la aplicación y que no tenían reservación. Y que tenían el hotel llenó y groseramente nos pidieron que nos fuéramos.....
