Hice mi reservacion con mucho tiempo de anticipacion, tiempo después llame para confirmar la fecha me dijeron que aun no tenían las reservaciones con ellos pero no existía ningún problema, llame el dia del check in por la mañana, me dijeron que seguían sin tener mi reservacion pero que llevara mi hoja impresa, al llegar al hotel dijeron que no tenian ese tipo de habitacion, la persona que se encontraba en recepcion tomó una postura en la que no le daba importancia a la situacion.

Fue de emergencia cancelaron nuestro vuelo y queríamos quedarnos cerca del centro para cualquier eventualidad, se le metia el agua a la habitación, no nos dejaron toallas y tuve que pedirlas, nos salvo de la emergencia pero no es un bonito hotel

Overall was good except for a/c didn't work well at night.

el hotel ya es viejo y no es barato por lo que ofrece, pero su ubicacion es inmejorable

Friendly staff, colorful architectural touches, nice pool, quiet

A couple of nights in downtown Huatulco. Lots to do and see, and a really nice 15 min walk to the Marina and beach. I love this Hotel, its simple and clean and right on the square.

Staff were helpful but the hotel rooms need updating. Very close to town activities

Mexican style hotel in centre of town. Very convenient to great restaurants, the Mercado, and lots of shops. Staff does not speak English but we still managed to communicate. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. No in-room safe as advertised and pool is only waist deep. We did enjoy our stay nonetheless.

The staff were outstanding. They solved problems, were gracious and helpful.
