"Awful, husband was racially profiled by hotel security and was almost thrown out."

Staff, I already sent a review about what happened. Will not explain again. Staff manager of course turned it around to say that the staff member was doing his job. Security is who made it feel unsafe. Will not return and not doing business with Springhill again.
