Location excellent because it is right across Colfax and the U C Healh main campus. Rooms nicely simply appointed and clean. Towels thick, good quality. Bed is wonderful-both firm and soft. I Like having toilet and sink separate from the shower and vanity shelf.Made more space for a couple where one needed one area more personally and didn’t have to show the other out the door! The shower room had ample space for items of 2 people, even 3 with sink. The breakfast was a good touch and better quality than at some similar hotels, still only adequate. I would stay here again,

Lighting could be better. Front desk staff answered questions courteously but very business like with the minimum of information. Lacking warmth and genuine friendliness. No one offers to take your luggage to your room when there are multiple pieces of luggage.

There were some issues between the hotel and Booking.com but they figured things out.
