The security doors on the sides of the building were never locked they were broken and open all night the pool door open all night the green pool was nasty my room the air conditioning was leaking water and the carpet was all wet after we came back from shopping and the room smelled like mildew and the was mildew on the walls I was going to stay for two nights but left by 630 am the elevator didn’t work how could La Quinta even put there name on this hotel

This is the most discusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Firstly the one and only elevator was out of order (and had been for months according to the receptionist). The room (304) was filthy and in poor condition. The bath had a mouldy shower mat, the curtains were mouldy, the ceiling was mouldy, the floor was filthy and sticky, the bedding did not smell clean, there were unsafe electrical outlets and switches, there was a used bar of soap in the bath. There was a pooly fitted (pushed up into the ceiling) fire sprinkler, totally unsafe. It was horrible. We checked out and cancelled the remaining 3 days because it was so, so disgusting. We expect a full refund from Hotels.com. I have emailed them the same photos.

It was dirty the elevator wasnt working & only had rooms on the 3rd floor ,the room they gave me was used by other people & it was still dirty had to leave as soon as they gave me the room to a cleaner & better hotel the stars that they put in the reviews are fake its a dirty hotel

This hotel is poorly maintained. Elevator broken, moldy smelling rooms, exterior doors broken. Would not stay here again.
