The receptionist was completely drunk, didn't know what she was doing, and was making nonsense. It took a long time, and she had to call the maintenance guy for help. He helped us and other guests who had been given rooms that were occupied by the receptionist. I can't believe they show up to work like this. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The property was very unprofessional very unclothed had a bad smell to. Had drug users as house, cleaning and maintenance. The maintenance man stole my youngest son Phone the house cleaners witnessed him with my son‘s phone. We called the Police and did a police report in press charges on him. Was told that the property manager will contact us about the situation & would refund us our money never heard from him or seen him. So I called corporate and did a report.

Nothing about the property did I like. It was the nasty smell La Quinta I have been to.

as soon as we walked in ppl by the door smoking w**d, rooms smells of cigarretes faucets dripping feeling unsafe after seeing johns and their call g1r1s in halls very dirty and would not recommend they still charged me after i did nt even stay there , do not stay here
