"Update the hotel and rooms"

Close to our family houses

I was laying down in the bed with my 2 year old daughter when I saw a bed bug around the corner of the bed. Then the elevator was broken down and we use the stairs you can smell cigarettes. Other thing I saw one broken window in the second floor

"DON'T BOOK! KEEP AWAY!"

This place was sad and dismal. The 3rd floor was dank and smelled. The elevator didn't work. The room was not ready, so I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to make it ready. I waited 6 hours to have someone make the room ready and ended up going to the front desk and asking for sheets, pillows, and toiletries myself. The pool is awful. Carpet stains, sheets are stained, pillows are from 1935, tub enamel is worn so badly, t.v. is busted. I wish I could have my money back or just pay for what this place is- the 'outta the way, $35/night, crackhead motel

Cleaning crew was polite and helpful with what was needed.

The doors to hotel not lock. Have children with us so didn't feel to safe. Pool was not working for our entire stay. When we got there elevator was not working for two days. There was an incident in one of the rooms where two individuals got into argument and threw something out there window. Police got there and took them. Just didn't have all amenities a hotel has for you to enjoy and feel safe.

Nothing

Elevator didn't work ..pool was dirty because they said pump wasn't working . Fight broke out during our stay broken window. Hotel room keys kept unprogramming reason why they questioned us at the checkout as to why so many keys. Grass around Hotel looked like it hadn't been cut in a month and side doors were always open to the hotel card readers didn't work...no remote for tv or phone for room service....just a terrible experience....never again!
