Sehr schöne Lage, und nicht weit vom Flughafen Heraklion entfernt.

Parkplätze sind sehr schwer zu finden, und nicht direkt vorm Hotel

La struttura è sul mare. La spiaggia è di sabbia fine. Il mare degrada dolcemente fino a circa 1,40 MT, poi risale di qualche decina di cm. Dopo ci sono dei blocchi o massi sul fondo con vegetazione. Il servizio spiaggia è compreso. L'all inclusive è comodo e conveniente, per chi vuole fare una vacanza di relax. I teli per la piscina e la spiaggia sono compresi. Il buffet è ricco e vario sia a colazione che durante i pasti. La qualità è molto buona. Anche il beveraggio è vario e comprende caffè espresso (buono), cocktail e alcolici. Il letto è comodo.

All'arrivo hanno poco spazio per fermarsi e scaricare le valigie. Il parcheggio è piccolo e l'entrata è strettissima. La vista non era il massimo al primo piano. Scegliere il 2°. Solo un cuscino.

Everything. Good location- right on the beach. Lovely staff, so helpful and always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Food was lovely too.

If peace and quiet is what your looking for then this is the place for you. With amazing staff , clean rooms and a wide selection of food and drink this truly was a must visit again hotel. The locals are friendly and welcoming, the beach is gorgeous and the staff are always willing to help. Rooms are clean and tidy with cleaning staff coming in daily to restock tea coffee etc. Such a lovely place.

Spent a week here in October 2025. Unless you opt for a superior room, the rooms are dated but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Food is plentiful but some odd combinations. Although always fresh and varied. Plenty of drink options. Snacks available as well. Pool is clean but cold. Sunbeds were always available and just metres away is the gorgeous beach, again with plenty of free sunbeds. Would definitely return to Neptuno Beach. Super chilled and relaxing

Locatie foarte buna, pe plaja cu nisip. Multiple facilitati, mancare foarte buna si diversificata. Personal amabil si prietenos. Sigur vom reveni si vom recomanda locatia prietenilor.

Mi-ar fi placut mai mult accent seara pe evenimente distractive.

We had a terrible experience with construction site outside our window with drills from early morning. It was not possible to sleep at all. We needed to go back and forward and got moved after 2 days of staying in that conditions.

Perfektní, dobře vedený hotel. Personál velmi milý a vstřícný. Pláž před hotelem stále uklizená. Určitě doporučuji.
