Bronte House - Blackpool

Self check in, perfect for people who dont get there in the day time. My daughter was poorly (sick) so we left a day early i messaged and told them id stripped the bed and to expect a towel was dirty & the staffs reply was so lovely, caring. My dog was very much barking at the people coming in late and through the night-again I apologised on the message & the staffs reply was lovely. The rooms are just right, very cute & it was perfect for me my daughter & my pooch. We had a lovely stay. The kitchen being there for anyone to use at any time was also a good thing.

We didnt see no one in the hotel, no staff and no cleaners come we was there for 7 days with the same bedding, we had no working shower in our room which they did give us access to another room for which we was grateful but still no sign of any staff

Wasn't a very welcoming place to be honest and no staff around at all at any time. Room and bathroom were tiny could barely walk in them with 2 people in it and no where to put your luggage. Our room ended up with alot of water leaking from upstairs and spoke to another person staying there who were also having endless problems with their room and shower. We got moved to another room however after paying extra for a twin room as travelling with a friend to then end up in a room with a double bed was annoying. The beds were so uncomfortable, I understand you get what you pay for but I've stayed in a number of cheapish hotels in Blackpool and have never slept on mattresses quite like that before. I'm glad we only stayed 3 nights as I don't think we could have handled a full week stay like we usually do when we come to Blackpool.
