Service war gut - wenn man die Nummer, die es im Hotel gab, anruft erreicht man jemanden

Zu heiß im Sommer dort (kein Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage) - kein Mini Kühlschrank - nicht sauber - altes Gebäude - laute Umgebung - schlechte Ausstattung

"Location and price were good and it’s one thing not to have a/c but no fan, and no storage or safe?"

Great location at the south end of Trier-Zentrum right on the Mosselle..Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

No a/c nor fan so if I didn’t keep curtains open room was very hot. Also, hardly any staff on duty and they didn’t have the option to store luggage for checkout day. Also, there was no safe for valuable items.

Das Zimmer benötigt eine Auffrischung an den Wänden. Etwas heruntergekommen und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten.

Ich hatte über Sie ein Hotelzimmer vom 21. bis 22. Juni gebucht. Draußen war es sehr heiß. Ich hatte mit einer Klimaanlage gerechnet, aber es gab keine. Es war furchtbar. Das Zimmer war stickig und heiß. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

es war sauber. Das war es auch.

Sehr laut, extrem heiß und stickig, oder mit offenem fenster das Gefühl auf der Hauptstraße zu liegen. Ich habe kein Personal gesehen - self check-in, danach Code eingeben - fertig Waschbecken mit Riss, Duschtüren fast herausgefallen, alles abgewetzt und morbide. Hier wurde seit mindestens 20 Jahren nichts mehr gemacht. Die Duschstange kam fast aus der Wand gehüpft

Unser Zimmer war vorzeitig bezugsfertig

Kein Stuhl, kein AC, kein TV. Dass es keinen Stuhl oder eine andere Sitzgelegenheit hatte wohl einen Grund: Mit Stuhl hätte man sich auf Grund der "Zimmergröße" nicht mehr im Zimmer bewegen können. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis völlig ungerechtfertigt.
