Desde antes de nuestra llegada, Gloria estuvo pendiente de nuestra reserva. La habitación muy bien decorada y cómoda, tal cual las fotos publicadas. Contenía complementos para hacer la estancia más agradable, como cafetera y cápsulas de café, artículos de aseo, pantuflas. Está a pocos minutos caminando del centro de Verona, específicamente Plaza Bra y la Arena. Dispone de muchas lineas de buses públicos y está a solo tres paradas de la estación de tren. La ubicación es inmejorable.
