Hotel Tenuta San Francesco

Als Zwischenstopp auf der 1900 km langen Fahrt, war die Unterkunft perfekt. Da wir mit dem Hund reisen und dort sehr willkommen war, werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Der Pool ist sehr groß, das Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen und ist unglaublich freundlich. Das Abendessen konnten wir frei wählen und die Empfehlung mit Antipasti freddo, und Spaghetti Vongole und Orecchiette alle cime di rapa (die besten die ich bisher gegessen habe) waren ausgezeichnet. Unbedingt sollte man das hausgemachte Tiramisu kosten. Preis Leistung war spitze. Die negativen Kommentare verstehen wir nicht, weil man vorab lesen kann wo man bucht. Auch beim Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl und Schinken, Käse usw ist gekühlt. Zum Abschluss haben wir die Pfaue, es gibt 6 Stück auf der Anlage gesehen. Und im Aufgsng hängt Kaiserin Sisi :-)

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

La posizione in mezzo ai vigneti. Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire della piscina e di altri servizi all'esterno causa maltempo. Quindi non posso dare una valutazione. parcheggio ampio gratuito. Ampiezza della camera del bagno e della doccia.

Un pò più di cordialità da parte di alcuni dello staff alla reception non farebbe male. Le torte della prima colazione si possono migliorare. Essendo un quattro stelle mi aspettavo qualche dotazione in più nel bagno. I dispenser di fazzoletti di carta e di sacchetti di cortesia erano vuoti. Biancheria da hotel due stelle.

Camera spaziosa, pulita, staff molto gentile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante: buona cena completa, menu fisso o possibilità di scegliere, prezzo vantaggioso. Molto bella la possibilità di usare la piscina (di cui non abbiamo purtroppo usufruito essendo di passaggio)

Forse qualche bustina di sapone in più in bagno potrebbe essere utile

Quiet and calm location (end of august)

Reception at hotel was cold and we felt like that they were not happy to have customers (we booked the small house). The whole accommodation could be nice if it is well managed as everything looks old like it was in 80s. I don’t know where the four stars come. The room was not completely prepared, no electricity when we came (the receptionist switch it on in front of us), hot water balloon was off, towels were let on the sofa. Trash from previous customer was still there and the room was not fully cleaned and no toilet paper. The following morning I told them to empty the trash from previous customer and put toilet paper … They cleaned the room but add more trash and they did not manage to empty it… Breakfast was not good at all (limited choice and very cheap) however the waiters were nice. Swimming pool was not usable as it was dirty so I did not even try to swim
