Valpariso är en så ovanlig stad så att kunna bo mitt i smeten i ett hus på tittavstånd från en av stadens stor turistmål, Pablo Nerudas hem, var ett privilegium. Att sedan Nerudas hus och Puerto Natura Hotel and Spa har samma arkitekt kunde man nog ana. Okonventionellt, omväxlande och spännande byggnad med många charmiga gemensamhetsytor ger ett extra plus. Man får en stor hemmakänsla och under sommaren måste trädgården vara helt ljuvlig att vistas i och då finns det vatten i poolen, (vilket Hotels.com missat att upplysa om).

Moderate accommodations, host and staff are very friendly and helpful. Water took a long, long time to get warm so skipped a shower.

Déjeuner excellent, accueil amical et courtois, situation dans les collines, donc prendre le bus pour s'y rendre est préférable, car beaucoup beaucoup de marches avant d'atteindre cet hôtel. Donc pour se déplacer, il faut prendre le bus, qui ne coûte pas cher.

Beatiful bed and breakfast. Nice patio and garden. Nice location near La Sebastiana. Very warm staff. It's up a steep hill, so you habe to love walking.

We were amazed when we arrived at this 'hotel'. It is a bed and breakfast with very limited facilities. The picture on the website is very misleading as the bath in our bathroom was so grubby you wouldn't have dreamt of lying in it. Value for money is very poor and they tripled their prices on New Year's Eve when other hotels were raising theirs by 40%. We could not recommend this accommodation to anybody.

This was a great hotel. We were treated great by the staff. The room was big with a great view. We received advance breakfast menus to order what we liked-very tasty and plenty full. We had great massages at their spa- not to be missed. We were able to walk down to the center and take inexpensive shared taxis back up the hill. We would definitely return.

Mi estancia, junto a mi novia fue simplemente maravillosa. El hotel esta estupendamente ubicado, muy cerca de la casa de P. Neruda, La Sebastiana, y a pasos de la locomoción directa (micro "O" o 612). Además, la atención del dueño fue magnifica. El desayuno es generoso y el ambiente en el hotel es muy tranquilo. El único inconveniente corresponde al ruido ambiental, que en ocasiones no te permite descansar, sin embargo, estando en Valparaíso, lo mínimo que se podría esperar es algo de fiesta en sus cerros. Definitivamente volvería.

The hotel is very nice,most of double rooms are very comfortable,though we had a Prat twin room which was VERY small,but we were aware of it. The breakfast is superb and location is close to everything.

Although it is called a hotel, Puerto Natura is more accurately a large B & B. It is clean and spacious - we stayed on the top floor in La Poeta, which had a fine view of the city from an adjoining lounge/sunroom. The breakfast was substantial and tasty. Guest select their breakfasts upon check in. Service generally was very good; the only negative was the WiFi signal which was very weak. The hotel is situated close to Pablo Neruda's house: La Sebastiana, which makes it easy for taxis to find.
