NIce old house inside, very friendly staff. It is a long way up the hill if you walk; The only problem was a power cut one evening which cut the water off, but it was fixed during the night.

Rent och bra hotell med från vissa rum utsökt utsikt över Valparaiso. Trevligt värdpar och personal. Bra frukost. Prisvärt, rekommenderas. WiFi men ingen TV. Välj rum med omsorg vid bokningen. Vi, som tröttnat på vandrarhem och enklare logi, kommer återkomma till hotellet

Gostamos muito dos proprietarios do hotel o que nos fez gostar da estadia. Mas acho que o hotel precisa de um pouco de manutenção na questao dos banheiros pois a banheira é muito antiga e está descascando aparentando sujeira (mas sei que é por ser antiga). É bom pra quem gosta de lugares antigos mas por exemplo tivemos que subir 2 andares com as malas e nossas malas eram muito pesadas. Tambem achei dificil chegar de carro pois fica no alto de uma Serra e o GPS nao conseguia dar a direçao! Outra desvantagem é um telefone que tem no corredor do 2o. andar que tocou a manha toda desde muito cedo, e até de madrugada, nos despertando. A amabilidade dos funcionarios e proprietarios sem duvida é muito grande mas ficam nossas sugestoes. Abraços

This place is more than what you will expect, beautiful house, (same architect that design the Neruda house), spotless clean, beautiful rooms and awesome view, and on top of that the spa and meditation room, they are top quality ! do not leave without taking a massage and bath with flowers, you will feel renew, it offers you an amazing Valparaiso experience. Service is spectacular as well, and its only few houses away from the Neruda house, very safe to walk around and close to everything but away enough from the too touristic part of the city, so you really experience life there. highly recommended.

Lage am Berg, dadurch schwerer erreichbar, jedoch mit Collectivos/Taxis machbar. Dafür toller Ausblick. Sehr sauber. Probleme mit auslaufendem Wasser der Toilette, jedoch innerhalb meiner Abwesenheit sofort behoben. Sehr nettes Personal. Empfehlenswert. Plus wunderbares Frühstück.

El hotel se encuentra sobre el cerro de bellavista, junto a la casa de Pablo Neruda (La Sebastiana). totalmente bohemio, el sector y sus alrededores estilo hippie, muy turístico en el día, en la noche complicado el acceso por estar en el cerro. estuvimos en otoño, por lo que la piscina no estaba en servicio. Las instalaciones Muy buenas. Nos quedamos en la habitación Los Poetas, en el ultimo piso, muy buena vista al mar y teníamos bañera en el baño, el cual también estaba acorde con el lugar (un baño antiguo original de la casa). Desgraciadamente, por política del hotel no hay televisión, así que optamos por salir, conocer, o jugar juegos de mesa. la comida excelente, el desayuno es al gusto del cliente. no preparan almuerzo ni comida, pero pueden preparar sandwich con atún para la noche, nada de carne. Los masajes del spa muy buenos, los tomamos y super relajantes, al igual que el sitio de los masajes y de sesiones reiki muy bonito. El wifi no tiene una señal fuerte, por lo que en la habitación no se podía navegar, era necesario bajar al lobby. En general, la estadía fue muy buena, pero transportarnos por valparaíso y por viña del mar fue complicado y costoso, los taxis muy caros (hasta 10 veces el costo del colectivo), usen el metro o los buses que van paralelo al metro para ir de valparaiso a viña del mar y a 2 cuadras de la estación queda donde se toma el colectivo # 39 para ir hacia el hotel, o si no les toca caminar cuesta arriba para subir el cerro de bellavista. la ayuda del persona del hotel para ver las atracciones en estas ciudades muy buena, nos facilitaron la tarjeta del metro y mapas para desplazarnos.

This hotel and spa were wonderful and it was easy access to sites. There is a wonderful restaurant close by with great views of the water and a great menu.

Nothing was to much trouble for the patron and staff at this hotel. It was welcoming, convenient, clean, comfortable and within easy access of all areas. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The hotel is a 4 storey house, where only the first 3 floors are rented out. Our room was far too small (the Prat room) for 2 people, but everything else was very nice. Actually our room was considered a hostel room with bunk beds.The staff was very good and clean, and the manager speaks English. We had to share a bathroom, with our neighbor across the hall, which was no problem for us. Apart from the too small room, we had a good experience there. Forgot to mention: The house is on a steep hill, and from its third floor one can see the harbor very clearly. It is difficult walking up and down the steep hill.

Au milieu des "cerro" (collines) de Valparaiso ce magnifique B/b est un ilot de bien être parmi toutes ces maisons enchevêtrées.
