The staff was great and very professional. Love that our vehicle is easy access to by our room.

Our room floor was dirty like if it was never mop, our restroom toilet bottom area looked yellow and dirty. Someone left their item in the shower, and it was never removed before we arrived. Our AC unit was not working properly, but workers fixed it fast.

Lo unico malo es que hay mapaches en el area de paceo afuera del hotel y la verdad ahi deberia de haver mas seguridad para protejer a los huespedes porque a mi hijo lo trato de morder uno y otros dos mapaches se le tiraron encima
