Well if you like to surround yourself in the woods, greenery and peace , this is it. There is a fireplace. Parking no problem. So far so gooooooood!!!!!!

Location location location was absolutely fantastic, but ....rooms was really dated. But one way or another I'll be more than happy to stay once again . Kids loved this place

This place is so beautiful! I think rustic is the best word, yes the driveway is basically just one massive pothole, and the communal shower block could do with a bit of a refurb, but the scenery is beautiful. We walked to the top of the hill and you genuinely cannot hear a single car! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend as an alternative to camping, just don’t go there expecting a 5 star hotel.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Secluded and love the way the farm animals roam free on the grounds. Parking can be a little frustrating when busy but we found a spot most of the time. Not close to shops so if you are without a car it’s a bit of a trek. Rooms are small but very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower and toilet were sparkling and the shower itself was lovely to use. The only gripe was that the WiFi didn’t work down our end of the hotel and the television reception was poor. Food was very good though and actually wished I stayed a little longer. Overall very good!

WELL WHAT CAN I SAY AFTER OVER 20YEARS ON THE ROAD THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. The room was very run down . I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY. BAD IS NOT THE RIGHT WORD.

The view is fantasitc. Price was good too. We were in the family room and the windows were not so good. Bed was comfy and great welcome.

Good value and nice owners, nice views too. Shame the water in the rooms isn't mains fed I would have bought bottled water with me if I'd known before hand. Lovely seating area outside.

Amazing location and hosts very friendly and helpful. Only stayed the one night but would stay again if in the areA. Rooms were very comfortable and clean though the general area inside and outside of the hotel are in need of a little bit of love and attention- though I wouldn’t let this put you off. Really good breakfast to be had too!

Amazing views, comfortable clean rooms, great friendly staff, child friendly with a play area. Eve the wildlife are friendly. Food was superb and great selection of food and drinks. Sit back on the balcony and enjoy a drink whilst overlooking the views
