This property is so lovely, The hosts Karen and Andy are so warming and kind . Ted the poodle is so adorable too ! Everything was perfect, breakfast was fresh and really nice . We would highly recommend this guest house we have stayed in many over the years whilst travelling to Cornwall and is by far one of the nicest we have stayed in and we will be booking to stay again . We loved it , just perfect home from home 👍❤️

"Great location, very welcoming."

The property is conveniently located at the heart of Newquay town. Limited parking on site but there is a long stay car park a couple hundred yards away. Karen and Andy were very welcoming and the breakfast was delightful. They had a very friendly dog called Teddy! Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Everything, the owners couldn't do enough for you, very welcoming, chatted with us very friendly. Breakfast was perfect, the owner Andy is a top chef, very clean, close to town centre. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We can't say anything negative about the place.
