The property and its decor were beautiful. Very light airy and a spacious feel, with the stunning views of Newquay 😍

Perfect property for our stay, the room was light and clean and we were made to feel very welcome. Exceptional value for a lovely place to stay for a few days. We would highly recommend.

Karen and Andy, the hosts, were perfection in being very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied, all ingredients fresh and plentiful. Our room, the facilities and decor were clean, comfortable and without fault.

"Warm and welcoming home"

From the moment I rang to say we were there, we were warmly welcomed. The owners of the property we stayed in, were very welcoming and the house was beautiful and clean. I certainly would go back there without any doubt.

"Small but friendly holiday"

Karen and Andy were very welcoming and most helpful hosts. The breakfasts, although described as "continental " were tasty, plentiful and included a number of cooked choices.
