The location was excellent. A few mins walk from the station. The owners & hosts were so super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The lounge, dining room and garden was lovely and a great place for us to chill out in the evenings and watch films, play games etc. The location was amazing as we could walk straight into Newquay and onto the beach which literally look a few minutes. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and walking was easy from there. The whole B&B was spotless and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of hot water in the showers. We will return!

A little noisy if you have a road facing room, however as soon as you close the window - you don't hear anything so this didn't impact us.

Lovely decor throughout and a nice size room.

Breakfast was over priced for what it was (portion size very small) and no option for full English breakfast which is a must when holidaying for most visitors! Broken pipe on the toilet meant the sewer pipe was leaking in the bathroom the whole time. Shower pressure extremely poor with temperature Rev either kettle hot or ice cold.

"Our week in Newquay"

Karen & Andy were so friendly & helpful, house was spotless & the breakfasts always delicious. Would highly recommend it.

Couldn't fault Summer Breeze, but I would have liked a bigger tv in the bedroom.

Karen is an amazing and a very caring host! The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was exceptional! The hosts also have a very friendly dog that creates a homely vibe in Summer Breeze

"Nice for a short break"

The property was really clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good. Karen was very attentive and an excellent host. Location is central and accessible.

The room was smaller than I expected and window facing busy road.
