The host was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good. Excellent value for money. Plenty of parking spaces.

The two sets of stairs to the second floor and no lift. However, that was our fault as we could have requested a lower floor.

WiFi not available. Trooper Guest not detected. Two other WiFi networks detected but no passwords provided which was a shame in an area of bad 5g and phone reception.

Very welcoming on check-in, a lovely bar and good food still being served when I arrived. Room had recently been redecorated and was very comfortable and quiet - very much appreciated for a good sleep!

WiFi coverage in the room was poor, but TV worked fine and WiFi strength was more than enough in the bar, dining and breakfast areas.
