Gidea Park Hotel

Functional at best, hotel needs renovating and modernisation. Small room which had seen better days, not exactly good value for money considering you can get something better at an equivalent price

Great 1 night stay at the hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are lovely, parking is safe and easy. The room was light and airy, comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked - so nice it was not a buffet! There is a choice of places to eat within a few yards, including a good local traditional pub.

It was ok just that the first room they gave me had flys in the bathroom so I felt uncomfortable with staying there and wanted to leave but I asked for another room which was much better but the woman wasn't happy 😊 it was I ask for another room? Which was alarming to me to not stay there again.

Good transport links outside. Coop supermarket next door. Restaurant choices limited as about 4 Indian but no other choices eg Greek, Turkish. 3 pubs next door.

Cheap and cheerful, very clean and comfortable

The staff are all so friendly and made me and my partner feel so welcome! The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay again x

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Room was clean but soundproof need to be improved if possible.

The room was okay. The bed was comfortable and huge. Not much space to move about. Lack of drawers was a bit of a problem. The breakfast was not a good standard and not worth the money we paid.

Did the job for one night. Pleasant staff, clean room and comfy bed. Highly recommend for a short stay
