The staff were polite and courteous during my two day stay. I ordered food at the hotel on both nights which was freshly made and delicious. The wifi is of a very good speed too. Would stay here again.

Our room (16) was on first floor. It had obviously recently been upgraded and redecorated. Bed was comfy. Bathroom / shower were very good except there were no towel rails and plug in sink did not work so husband had to shave under a running tap. There is a bar and small restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast. Would recommend.

This is the best budget London hotel I have stayed in for business purposes. Clean, comfortable, on sight restaurant and bar. Reasonably priced food. Great location. Great staff. I would have no hesitation to stay here again
