"A comfortable place to stay on the Essex borders."

A comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff, and an airy, good sized room with bathroom. They served a good breakfast, and the surrounding area has a very nice pub, with Gidea Park station only a 10min walk away. Overall, good value for money.

Great hotel, large bathroom, clean. The staff are very welcoming and looks after guests well without being overbearing. Best Italian restaurant in Romford. It has everything you would expect.

"Norfolk Boy"

Late choice to pick this hotel but I'm glad I did. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was small but very comfortable as well as being clean and having all the extras you could want for a good stay.

"A pleasant experience"

A nice and pleasant experience. This is a cozy hotel and the service from the staff was really good. We had reached one hour earlier than check in time but they prepared our rooms and allowed us to check in. The location is really good and easily accessible. 10 mins walk from Gidea Park station.

Location is nice and Romford centre 20-30mins walk, buses right outside hotel too. Lady at NISA shop opp' hotel is helpful and nice too. Hotel very clean! cleanliness is really spot on! Room was small standard, nice bathroom. I felt only one person was running ragged trying to cover breakfast so by time hot breakfast came toast was cold and this is no fault to the member of staff on the day, she really tried. Requested hard boiled egg but was slightly soft but didn't want to cause more work for the poor lady doing the breakfast round. Overall a nice hotel in a nice area.
