"Terrible night sleep "

The room we where staying in (room 5) was in the downstairs part of the hotel meaning our window was road level. This did not really bother myself however this is without a doubt the noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed in every step upstairs was able to be heard incredibly loudly in our room waking us up numerous times throughout the night and early hours of the morning. The motion sensored lights in the corridor outside of our room kept going on and off which meant there was very bright light being shone into our room on a regular basis due to the poorly fitting door. The shower also does not stay aT a constant temperature it was constantly changing from hot to icy cold as you can imagine this is far from ideal.

Stayed for 1 night on business arrived quite late but very helpful at check in. Had a double room in basement level, due to size of room, furniture was fairly basic Bathroom decor and shower was very good & clean Due to upper floor above me being hard type covering not impressed with the sound of people walking around in hard shoes at midnight If visited again would try to get a room higher in building! Breakfast choices very good and good portions

The room was too warm with no ventilation. The room was facing the main road so opening the only window was to noisy . No water in the room . I missed breakfast because it ended at 09:00 am . Never again

Was staying there as we had a wedding reception in Hornchurch. We found it very clean and modern, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely , would definitely stay there again.

"Short weekend stay"

We had a lovely short stay at Gidea Park Hotel. Our room was large, with a walk in waredrobe and modern bathroom. The shower was excellent. Very comfortable bed made for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely the following morning. Check in and out very straight forward. Will definitlely stay again when visiting family in the area.

"Small but clean rooms."

Picture must show largest room in the hotel, room was slightly larger than double bed, however it was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfasr was good and staff ( especially on reception and breakfast ) were friendly. If you need to stay in that particular area I would recommend for 1 night.
