Brilliant location right next to large car park and right next to the quay, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Cosy nicely decorated rooms

Owner David is very accommodating and friendly, the room is laid out well, and the B&B is situated in an ideal location to the harbour, would stay here again. 😀

Breakfast not as good as expected, but host extremely pleasant . Major disturbance during the night. Road dug up to repair power cut

Room a bit small for two people but great situation for getting to boat trips early morning after a good breakfast. Also close to The Poole Arms pub that does good fish/ seafood.

"Neat place in the heart of Poole"

Excellent host great location to the main social area of Poole the car ferry is a 15 min(trust me I did it). The host prepares an excellent english breakfast and when I had to miss it to make my ferry hit set out a breakfast to go.

Warm welcome at check-in. Fantastic breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, juice, excellent coffee and choice of cooked options. The room was quite small and the bed was not particularly comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom was small but the shower worked well. There were tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities and a hair-dryer and magazines provided. The owner was very friendly and informative about restaurants and how to get to the station.
