The Coach and Horses

This is the worst place I've stayed in a while. Most ideally suited for tradesmen just needing a place to stay. It's was noisy, the barlady was not helpful at all on check in. In order to find an iron I had to phone the pub because there was no one about to ask. The was an office adjoining my room and I could hear All the conversations being held there and everytime the phone rang.

This was a last resort as everything else in Chertsey was fully booked. The room was basic but fine though a little cold even with the radiator at full. The entrance was a outdoor steel staircase in the carpark behind the pub with poor lighting at night. No offer of assistance with my suitcase (sadly wasn't aware of the staircase entrance). Certainly not a place to stay on business.

Good location for Thorpe Park, good size room, nice toiletries, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in room.

I wanted somewhere cheap - working in Woking and this was close by. Does what it says on the tin. If you're expecting health club, spa, etc, forget it, but for a couple of nights it was comfy, clean and cheap - so all of the C's were catered for. Nice wee pub and not at all noisy upstairs despite being directly above the bar. Decent amount of tea and coffee in the room, a tv and shower and a comfy bed. What more do you need? Not much! Plenty of eateries close by and a sainsbury's - within walking distance to the town centre. The fish and chip shop in the town centre is FANTASTIC!!! Next time I stay near Woking, I'll book again.

Locals old fashioned pub and nice enough.photo on web makes the place look a bit rough it isn't.

It was what we needed it to be comfortable beds & a shower lovely staff would stay again in a heart beat prices was good too.

Bedding were sparse and basic Rooms are tired and need decorating
