MyRoomz Seaview Hotel

I only liked the proximity of the location to the site of attraction I visited. Nothing else!

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely unkempt and had a constant smell of wet rug throughout. The cushions were badly maintained, and the bedsheets had visible particles on them - thankfully we brought our own sheets. The worst part was the smoking. People were smoking in the apartment and the smell kept entering our room during the night, making it very uncomfortable to breathe and sleep. On top of that, water from the bathroom kept leaking onto the rug in the room. Honestly, I did not enjoy my stay one bit. It's a shame because the hotel is actually in a very good location, but the condition of the property badly needs a complete revamp and much better maintenance.

The place was not as displayed in the pictures the family was separated by a wall there was no bathroom door it was a curtain the toilet didn’t flush the coffee station was beside the bathroom the curtains was held up by masking tape the place stank of smoke the carpets were filthy I walked in and straight back out I was refused a refund the manager blocked my number so I couldn’t contact him he also refused to communicate with booking.com the manager was very unprofessional we had to call him 3 times before he even answered the door and he answered the door liked he lived there no shoes just socks Iv never been so disgusted and having two autistic children made the situation worse as I had to carry them along with me while trying to find somewhere to stay as we had travelled from Birmingham via coach this really spoiled the start of out holiday I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

Hardest working manager around. Always a lovely stay.

This place was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. The host opened the door clearly under the influence of alcohol, and the smell of damp and mould hit us immediately as soon as the door opened. The so-called “living room” was in a shocking condition – the sofa looked like something you’d throw out or use as a dog bed, not something guests should sit on. During the viewing, it turned out that the bathroom and toilet are completely separate rooms and shared with another room, which was not properly communicated. The bedroom itself was in a terrible state – dirty, messy, and with no fresh bedding. When we opened the window, we were greeted by what can only be described as a literal dumping ground outside. On top of that, there was visible mould on the walls in both the bathroom and toilet. The smell, the dirt, and the overall condition were so bad that we couldn’t stay longer than 5 minutes. We felt completely misled and left without a place to stay. Honestly, this place deserves a rating of -10. Avoid at all costs.

Walls were very thin and the people in the next room were talking until 3am in the morning and then started again at 6 , my tv didnt work so couldn't even drown out the noise and everytime I sat on the toilet the seat fell off !
