"Great location, Property has Potential"

The manager was very helpful and kind, he offered us a different room when we asked and seem to genuinely care about the property and the guests. The property was very close to the amennities and on a pleasant street. Myself and my family had a peaceful nights rest

The property needs updating which requires finance. It has potential to be a star property.

"Absolutely horrific left after one day."

Location was the only thing and that’s at a push

Stinks of smoke soon as you enter property. Empty alcohol cans left in lounge. Dirty throughout. Definitely not for kids. Would not recommend.

Close to amenities

Mouldy curtains, mouldy walls. Uncomfortable matresses. Terrible shouting and fighting all night and next morning in the room next to us, it totally spoilt our first night. We was so tired the next day for our planned theme park, unsafe surroundings definitely not family friendly! Host was a nice man but hotel needs a big upgrade! Shower tray & shower right next to toilet, wires siliconed & unsafe aswell as sockets. Was offered a free night but couldn't wait to leave!
