Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 23h45, avec notre réservation payée à l'avance, nous avons dû attendre que tout un groupe choisisse ses chambres une à une, négocie les prix, paie les chambres avant d'avoir notre clé. La personne du check-in était seule avec des employés au bar à proximité inoccupés qui regardaient la cohue. Le check-in a duré pour nous 1h30 !! Nous n'avons jamais vu ça nulle part. Il s'agit peut-être d'un manque de chance. Mais l'organisation de cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas la hauteur. Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est vieillot et pas très bien entretenu : La chambre sentait le moisi.

Hôtel bien situé pour faire une visite à Venise et d’autres villes au alentours Très appréciable le service du shuttle bus à noter que c’était gratuit jusqu’à Venise Bornes de recharges pour voiture électrique également très appréciable Endroit très calme

Vriendelijk personeel, grote mooie schone kamer, gratis upgrade, goed compleet ontbijt, bar uitstekend personeel, restaurant verzoek keuze stond niet op de menukaart maar werd door de kok wel gemaakt. Shuttlebus naar centrum van Venetië. Kortom nog nooit zo'n uitstekend verblijf gehad.

Oplaadmogelijkheid voor C-plug-in was niet aanwezig. Wel genoeg voor Tesla's en andere aansluitmogelijkheden.
