Please note the published rates for half board stays on 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on that evening. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children aged 0 to 16 can access the wellness center, accompanied by an adult, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Requires prior reservation and incurs a supplement. Upon arrival, guests must present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. If none of the guests is the credit card holder, they should contact the property in advance. Children aged 0–16 years and below are not allowed to use the spa. Please note that the use of the spa will incur an additional charge of EUR 40 per person. Please note that the use of the indoor pool will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per child aged 0–16 and EUR 20 per adult.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Cleaning service slow and very rude. First day, they came to clean the room at 345pm. We were back from skiing and taking a shower at the time and the cleaning lady’s told us to leave the room or otherwise they were leaving in 10 minutes and the room wouldn’t get clean. We ended up getting in a discussion, since they actually had all day to make up the room. We were showering and told them that as soon as we finished they could do the room but that didn’t seem to work for them. Funny that in a hotel like this clients have to conform to what’s more convenient to the cleaning service. I conveyed this situation to the front desk. Didn’t really give a dam. Said ok and changed the conversation. Ending on a happy note. Hotel is new and beautiful.

The interior design and the super friendly staff. We had amazing food at The bar and the restaurant downstairs.

The Spa, is definitely the weak point. Not at the same level of the hotel. You can see that the spa has not been renovated like everything else in the hotel.

While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution.
